Job Description
Reports to: Senior Outsourced Accountant / Team Leader
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the accounting functions for overseas clients
- Data entry of payables, receivables, and general journal vouchers
- Period-end reconciliation
- Continuous learning of tax and accounting systems, as well as other international accounting standards
- Liaising with client accounting staff and Back Office team leader regarding work assignments
- Any other tasks related to the Accounting profession
Job Requirement and Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related accounting course
- CPA License an advantage but not required
- Entry-level candidates with excellent scholastic records or professionals with at least one (1) year relevant experience
- Working competency in any accounting software (e.g. SAP, Quickbooks)
- Fluent English language skills – verbal & written
- High degree of computer literacy, including extensive knowledge in Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multi-task, is independent, and able to organize daily, weekly and monthly priorities
