Job Description
- Respond to client concerns promptly.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and the development team.
- Document and track reported issues using our ticketing system.
- Participate in product development and enhancement.
- Must have a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are welcome.
