Job Description
As a Junior Recruiter (CV Tagging), your role will involve assisting the recruitment team in selecting potential candidates for various job positions in our company. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing resumes and CVs, tagging relevant skills and qualifications, and ensuring they meet the requirements outlined by the hiring managers.
Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills are key in this role. Additionally, you will need to possess good knowledge of recruitment processes, and be familiar with various job portals and databases where resumes and CVs are sourced from.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing resumes and CVs
- Identifying and tagging relevant skills and qualifications
- Ensuring that resumes meet the requirements of job positions
- Assisting in maintaining an organized database of potential candidates
- Coordinating with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate selection process
- Providing support in other recruitment-related tasks as required
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and job portals
