Job Description
VISMAY INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Recruitment Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of talent acquisition. You will expedite job postings, conduct in-depth assessments for positions from Entry Level to Supervisory roles, and validate pre-employment requirements for new hires. Additionally, you will perform background checks and maintain our database.
We welcome fresh graduates and those with or without recruitment experience. Strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail are essential. Candidates should preferably reside near Taguig or be willing to relocate.
