Job Description
Position Overview: Hexa Property Management, Inc. is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Junior Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have relevant sales experience. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. You will collaborate closely with the prospect team to effectively promote our services and generate new leads.
Compensation: The base salary ranges from USD 300 to 350, plus commission. Expected total monthly compensation starts at USD 550 and may reach up to USD 700 after the probationary period, contingent on performance.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Chicago Time).
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include handling calls, scheduling tours, and assisting with rental applications. A minimum of 1 year of sales experience and excellent bilingual communication skills are necessary.
