Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Territory Development Leader and manage trade relationships, implement plans, and monitor KPIs.
- Achieve area target outlet coverage, off-take by SKU, distribution by SKU, call efficiency, and maintain merchandising standards.
- Support marketing activities by distributing advertising materials.
- Ensure stock control accuracy and assist in loading/unloading cargo.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or vocational courses.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales and driving experience in multinational FMCG.
- Passionate about achieving objectives and willing to learn.
- Adaptable, flexible, and have a willingness to embrace change.
- Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Codes 1,2,3.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Experience:
