Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Specialist, Accounts Receivable. As a Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to accounts receivable, including invoice preparation, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating and managing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Recording and reconciling customer payments
- Resolving any billing discrepancies and responding to customer inquiries
- Monitoring and following up on overdue accounts
- Assisting in month-end closing activities
To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment are also essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
