Job Description
We invite you to become a key member of our IT team at Philippine Wine Merchants as a Junior Technical Support Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the installation of software and hardware products, troubleshooting network issues, and providing hands-on support for PC-related challenges. You will assist users remotely using tools like VNC and RDP, while supporting both Windows and Linux environments, including Active Directory management.
Your knowledge in virtualization technology, cloud administration, and cybersecurity will be integral to our operations. Additionally, you will ensure the efficiency of backup automation and create performance tracking reports. This is a full-time, in-person position where collaboration on various IT projects and solutions is essential.
