Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides administrative support in the implementation of training programs
• Conducts approved attitude/values formation, culture-building, and other organizational development programs and projects.
• Conducts programs on leadership enhancement, customer service, values formation, vision-casting, corporate orientation, team building, customer service, and other training programs.
• Prepares Post-training evaluation for developmental programs at all levels.
• Implement Four levels of Evaluation (Kirkpatrick’s model)
• Consolidates training evaluation
• Assist in designing evaluation for the Developmental Program
• Consolidates the training plan of each department/unit for review and presentation to management.
• Conducts, designs, and implements training needs assessment (TNA) instruments to determine the learning and development needs of Bank employees at all levels.
• Conceptualizes, designs, and recommends attitude/value formation, culture-building, and other organizational development programs and projects.
• Revised policy and manuals as needed
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Behavioral Science, Psychology, or Management from any reputable school/university.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
• With a background of at least 1-2 years of working experience in Training and Development such as Sales and Customer training experience, values formation, etc.
• Good analytical thinking; able to generate reports and provide analytics on the generated information
• Good communication skills in the English language, both oral and written
• Basic Supervisory Skills
• Must have an in-depth understanding of training design and evaluation
• Must have excellent presentation skills and facilitation skills

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
