Job Description

As the Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our office.

Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized filing system and ensuring that all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
