Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Kerry Sports Receptionist. The ideal candidate will assist the Director of Sports & Recreation and Sports & Recreation Manager in ensuring excellent guest services in line with our high standards.
Job Duties:
– Assist in maintaining service standards
– Handle guest requests efficiently
Requirements:
– College graduate in Hospitality preferred
– Minimum 2 years experience in an international hotel
– Fluent in English
– Detail-oriented and creative
– Strong interpersonal skills and team player
