Job Description
1. Manages the overall Sales operations of assigned Key Accounts focused on Key Performance Indicators such as Account Management, Sales Performance, Budget Management, Account Receivables Management, Profitability Mindfulness, Store Operations & Compliance.
2. Responsible for Annual Business Plans & Programs, Strategic Partnerships, and Trade Marketing Programs aligning with company objectives.
3. Ensure speed to market and product portfolio availability on shelves.
4. Conduct execution matrix and field work model for data collection.
5. Build collaboration relationships across all functions.
6. Coordinate department concerns including Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Audit.
