Job Description
Kabizko Inc. is seeking a friendly and client-focused Key Account Manager. You will develop strong relationships with clients, collect feedback, and ensure complaints are directed appropriately.
- Maintain relationships with sellers and representatives.
- Collaborate on initiatives and progress.
- Negotiate deals and optimize store performance.
- Prepare reports on account status and monitor KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 1-2 years experience in Ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada)
