Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Key Account Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
As a Key Account Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong customer service mindset. Previous experience in key account management or client services is preferred.
