Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Key Account Service Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
As a Key Account Service Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts and serving as the main point of contact for these clients
- Understanding the clients’ needs, objectives, and requirements, and providing customized solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services to the clients
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion
- Preparing and presenting reports to management on account performance and client satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in account management or sales. Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
