Job Description
A Key Accounts Specialist sustains and nurtures solid relationships with key clients to achieve long-term goals. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, resolving complaints, collaborating with internal teams, and developing customized solutions. Full-time position offering Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month salary with benefits like additional leave, health insurance, and promotion opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and sustains relationships with key clients
- Addresses and resolves client complaints
- Collaborates with internal teams
- Prepares reports on account progress
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay Types: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
