Job Description
We are seeking a Key Account Specialist to strengthen and expand strategic client relationships, drive revenue from assigned accounts, and ensure outstanding service delivery. As the primary contact for key customers, you will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, coordinate internal teams to meet client objectives, and monitor account performance to achieve targets.
- Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of B2B account management or sales experience; strong negotiation and communication skills; analytical mindset; proven ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Education & Tools: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel required.
