Job Description
Qualifications:
- Medical Technologists/Nursing Graduates/Healthcare-related courses inclined towards sales
- 1-year sales experience preferred but not mandatory
- Prior sales experience in healthcare industry advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Fresh graduates from other 4-year courses encouraged to apply
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set and implement sales targets and strategies with the sales team
- Report progress to Sales Manager and ensure target achievements
- Proactively identify new clients and secure business deals
- Attend industry events and deliver sales presentations
- Provide price quotes and negotiate sales agreements
- Explore new markets and business opportunities
- Monitor and review sales performance
