Job Description
As the Key Account Specialist, you will be vital in ensuring flawless execution of our products at the store level. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that our shoppers will be able to see, touch, and experience the product through excellent display, complete must-carry assortment, and correct plan-o-gram.
This role also requires a consistent level of personal accountability and a great desire to meet the goals. Every correct execution will yield to sales.
TOP 3 ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Product Availability and Distribution
- Ensure 100% availability of Must Carry SKUs approved at Customer HO level to the branch level.
- Excellence in Retail Execution
- Champion in implementing and maintaining the Retail Execution Standards or Picture of Success (PicOS).
- Commercial Operations
- Must adhere to the standard Sales Operations Process like Monthly Call Plan, Daily Activity Report, and other reports.
