Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Specialist to join our team. As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify and understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
- Lead negotiations and contract renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management
