Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Specialist to join our team at Gardenia. As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction, driving sales growth, and maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
