Job Description
As a Kiosk & Liaison Officer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient operation of our kiosk and act as a liaison between our customers and company. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and addressing any customer issues or concerns.
In this role, you will be required to maintain and restock inventory, ensuring that all products are accurately displayed and priced. You will also play a vital role in promoting our brand and attracting potential customers to the kiosk. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing information about our products and services, answering customer inquiries, and assisting with any purchasing decisions.
An ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are also essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar customer service or retail environment would be advantageous.
