Job Description
AT LEAST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE/DIPLOMA
Willing to learn or with food service experience
KITCHEN CREW: They serve as BACK OF THE HOUSE PERSONNEL, providing the products listed on our menu.
FUNCTION:
Cooking and preparing dishes 35% Daily
Plating 5% Daily
Receive deliveries 10% Daily
Actual Inventory/Monitoring BBD 20% Daily
Cleaning of equipment (cooking equipment, chillers freezer) 10% Daily
Cleaning of kitchen area including dish washing area 10% Daily
Cleaning of kitchen walls and floors 10% Daily
COMPETENCIES:
- Can work under pressure
- Fast and accurate

- Can communicate with different people
- Knowledgeable about the field of work
- Handle the day to day operations
