Job Description
AT LEAST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE/DIPLOMA
Willing to learn or with food service experience
KITCHEN CREW: They serve as BACK OF THE HOUSE PERSONNEL, providing the products listed on our menu.
FUNCTION:
– Cooking and preparing dishes: 35% daily
– Plating: 5% daily
– Receive deliveries: 10% daily
– Actual Inventory/Monitoring BBD: 20% daily
– Cleaning of equipment (cooking equipment, chillers, freezer): 10% daily
– Cleaning of kitchen area including dishwashing area: 10% daily
– Cleaning of kitchen walls and floors: 10% daily
COMPETENCIES:
- Can work under pressure
- Fast and accurate
- Good communication skills
- Can communicate with different people
- Knowledgeable about the field of work
- Handle the day-to-day operations
- Customer-Oriented Person
