Job Description
We are currently seeking a Kitchen Maintenance/Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities, including equipment maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections of kitchen equipment, such as ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform necessary repairs.
- Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, and reorder as needed.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of kitchen equipment and be able to work independently. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred.
