Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They must also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks efficiently
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are met
  • Create and modify menu items as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
