Job Description
We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily back-of-the-house restaurant operations. Responsibilities include supervising food prep, maintaining inventory, ensuring safety standards, managing staff, scheduling shifts, and more.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef
- Hands-on experience in menu planning and ingredient ordering
- Knowledge of various recipes
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Organizational and conflict management skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Culinary school certification or Restaurant Management degree is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekends
