Job Description
Mama Lou’s Group Holdings Inc is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations. You will manage food preparation, lead and train staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You are responsible for inventory management, menu creation, and maintaining hygiene protocols.
