Job Description
As a Kitchen Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and inventory management. Your role involves ensuring that all dishes are prepared to high-quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and managing a team of kitchen staff.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities
- Monitor food production and ensure compliance with recipes and food safety regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff
