Job Description
Makati Shangri-La, Manila is a luxury hotel situated in the heart of Manila’s financial district. We are currently seeking a Service Leader – Kitchen (Room Service).
As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining food preparation in line with Shangri-La’s standards
- Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety policies
- Supervising kitchen personnel
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Building positive team relationships
- Supporting the Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Passion for Food & Beverage
- Experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel
- Fluent in English (and local language)
- Team player, self-starter, and shift work availability
