Job Description
Summary: The Cold Kitchen Staff will be responsible for preparing salads, cold appetizers, and other cold dishes according to diner standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cold dishes, salads, and appetizers as per menu specifications.
- Ensure proper ingredient storage and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station.
- Assist in ingredient prep and assembly.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff for timely order preparation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Attention to detail in presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety procedure.
