Job Description
Restaurant Associate- Kitchen
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized.
- Responsible for washing dishes, cooking equipment and work stations, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards, and maintaining all areas in accordance with food safety standards.
- Provide assistance in food preparation.
- Assist with the unloading of deliveries, food storage, and monitoring of inventories.
- Report all damaged or faulty equipment to Kitchen Lead.
- Packaging customers’ leftover food upon request. Cleaning trash cans and disposing of trash on a regular basis.
The Company at its discretion reserves the right to transfer you or amend your duties and assignments as and when needed.
Any policy proposed must have strict approval from Management prior to implementation. All correspondences are to be sent in the form of a memorandum addressed to the Management.
