Job Description
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organised at all times.
- Preparing simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Maintaining cleanliness standards for cooking or food preparation.
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
