KITCHEN STAFF JOB SCOPE:
- Primarily responsible for ensuring customers are served with premium quality Yellow Cab products through standards preparation and cooking of menu products.
- Observes and practices food safety by complying with standard utensils, monitoring product shelf life, and proper food handling.
- Checks current inventory of kitchen items as instructed.
- Trains staff and Managers on food preparation and cooking.
