Job Description
- Set up station, including vegetable cutting, meat and seafood fabrication, marination, and advanced cooking
- Cook food following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area consistently
- Practice proper food handling from receiving to storing ingredients
- Assist the kitchen head in ordering necessary items
- Receive deliveries from suppliers
- Support colleagues when needed
- Help monitor inventory, including monthly counts
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
- Cafe Restaurant experience is a plus
- Immediate availability to start working
- Willing to work at Newport Mall (Pasay)
