Job Description
We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented Stewards to join our team. If you have a passion for maintaining cleanliness, organizing kitchen equipment, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation, we invite you to apply.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and equipment.
- Assist in the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Handle and dispose of waste and recycling materials.
- Support kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain its cleanliness.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
- Assist with the receiving and storage of kitchen supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and sanitation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines.
- Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks.
