Job Description
We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and timely service. You will manage and train staff, create work schedules, monitor inventory, and coordinate with the Head Chef to uphold menu standards. Enforce HACCP food-safety protocols, control food costs, and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Food safety certification and ability to work flexible hours
