Job Description
As the Kitchen Supervisor at Mama Lou’s Group Holdings Inc, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensure food quality, manage inventory, and lead a team of kitchen staff. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain standards and uphold safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff for efficient food preparation.
- Monitor food quality and assist in menu planning.
- Manage inventory, enforce sanitation standards, and mentor staff.
- Address kitchen issues promptly and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor.
- Strong food safety knowledge and leadership skills.
- Culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Good communication and positive attitude.
