Job Description
AA Group of Companies Food Division is urgently seeking Kitchen Supervisors/Assistant Kitchen Supervisors.
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Extensive knowledge in FIFO, Inventory, Forecasting, Planning, Execution of Plan, Good in reporting, Good in Oral and written communication, Can manage a team, flexible, with strong leadership and management style.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
AA Group of Companies consists of two divisions: The Distribution and the Food and Beverages. The company manages Antonio’s Bar & Grill located at SM Ecoland and Boiling Point Blue Post, which has two branches. In the Distribution division, they are the authorized distributor of Solane, Nestle Products, Coca-Cola, and Dole.
