Job Description
Ensure smooth operation of all hotel kitchen equipment
Performs preventive maintenance of all hotel kitchen equipment
Diagnose, troubleshoot and make necessary repairs of hotel kitchen equipment
Implement and follow proper QA/QC procedures
Provide technical support
Perform assigned tasks from time to time.
