Job Description
Become a part of the prestigious Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, located in the vibrant heart of Fort Bonifacio. We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Technician to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our kitchen equipment and associated accessories.
Your key responsibilities will include the maintenance of essential kitchen machinery, such as walk-in chillers, ice cream machines, and ovens, all under the guidance of our Shift Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an international hotel setting and preferably hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in English, along with creativity and a keen attention to detail, is mandatory.
