Overall Purpose: The Know Your Customer (KYC) Associate is responsible for conducting research and performing client-related tasks to analyze information in alignment with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and execute client policies and guidelines.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Escalate issues to team leads as appropriate.
- Gather comprehensive information on client alerts.
- Ensure accuracy in reviewing name screening results.
- Prepare and approve KYC/KYB documentation packages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of KYC experience.
- Preferred experience in the banking sector.
