Job Description
Unisys is looking for a dedicated Knowledge Analyst to improve our knowledge management practices. In this key role, you will be tasked with creating and updating knowledge articles, fostering knowledge sharing among teams, ensuring the accuracy of our knowledge assets, and promoting the adoption of knowledge management tools. Your analytical skills will be crucial in enhancing the usability of our knowledge base.
To succeed in this role, candidates should hold a BA/BS degree and possess 2-4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. An ITIL Foundation Certification is also a prerequisite.
