Job Description
As a Knowledge Base Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of information to support our team and customers. Your main duties will include researching, organizing, and updating data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps and provide solutions to enhance overall efficiency. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly are essential for this role.
Experience with knowledge management systems and a background in data analysis are preferred.
