Job Description
We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and experienced individual to join our team as a Knowledge & Communications Manager. This position entails managing and organizing all aspects of the company’s knowledge and communication systems.
As the Knowledge & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to disseminate information within the organization. This includes managing internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet portals, and employee engagement programs.
You will also oversee the creation and maintenance of an organized knowledge database, ensuring that information is easily accessible to all staff members. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the development and execution of external communication efforts, including website content, press releases, and social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additionally, strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities are a must. A background in knowledge management or communications is preferred.
