Job Description
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced individual to join our team as a Knowledge Management and MEL Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage knowledge within the organization, as well as overseeing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in knowledge management, data analysis, and MEL frameworks. Key responsibilities include designing knowledge-sharing platforms, developing MEL plans, and conducting assessments to measure the impact of our programs.
