JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily live chat/email response to customer queries
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
- Communicate with vendors/partners and internal teams to solve customer queries
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
- Fluent in the Korean language
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
