We are hiring a Korean Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to Korean-speaking customers. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guide users step-by-step, document cases, and collaborate with engineering. Requirements: fluency in Korean and English, 2+ years technical support experience, strong problem-solving, knowledge of Windows/Linux and networking, excellent communication skills.
