Job Description
- Provide First Level IT support for a global team, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
- Document and resolve user incidents and requests via phone/e-mail/chat.
- Utilize knowledge base in daily tasks.
- Collaborate with team management on new solutions.
- Assist in developing new working methods for the ITSD Global Team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months IT Service Desk experience, CI Hotline experience preferred.
- Proficient in Korean language (B2-C1 level).
- General IT Knowledge with focus on workplace IT.
- Quick problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communicator, team player, and customer service-oriented.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and available for day shifts with weekends off.
