Job Description
This position is responsible for the daily management of the restaurant, ensuring that the highest standards of food & beverage service are provided to the guests.
- The Outlet Manager plans, organizes, and directs the overall outlet operation, administration, marketing, and promotion of the outlet. They are responsible and accountable for its profitability and revenue generation.
- The Supervisor assists the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager in planning, implementing, organizing, and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant on a daily basis.
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous 5-star hotel experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
- With Asian dining experience.
